  3. Organization’s Introduction • Guddia Textile- Recently established marketing company, • Sells Men’s wear ( suits ) • Consists of 5 peoples (3 owners and 2 workers), • Working with different suppliers, • Visionary and struggling to be innovative.

  4. Vision “Want to see Guddia with well establish brand name all over the world”.

  5. Mission “To supply customers state of the art men’s wear designs at lowest price and good quality”.

  6. Goals • To come up with well established brand in Turkey and all over the world, • To be the one of the innovative company in turkey, • Selling best products at cheapest rates,

Existing Problems • Intermediation (No direct relations with end-user) • Guddia cannot produce their own products, • Dependent on suppliers, • Limited financial resources, • Limited Work force(3 owner and 2 worker), • Lack of professional, skilled marketing professionals, • Limited risk Taking,
