  8. Philosophy I believe every student is a unique individual that learns differently than their fellow peers. As a teacher, I will immerse my students with engaging, differentiated lesson plans that are built around state-standards. To do so, I will use strategies that have been proven to be the most effective for student learning. I also believe that for students to learn to the best of their ability, they need to be surrounded by a welcoming, friendly, and safe environment; which I will always provide. As a future teacher, I will continually encourage my students to think outside the box, which will help them to grow and be a successful, unique individual. Table of Contents
