PRP: Year Ahead Summary First Steps-for those running behind… • SLT review pay, appraisal, recruitment policies • Consultation with staff/TU representatives • Governing Body approval – policies adopted Early Autumn term 2013: • Training managers • Communicate policies to all staff • Appraisal meetings: setting objectives, evidence base agreed

PRP: Year Ahead Summary continued Spring/Summer term 2014: • Monitor performance • On-going professional dialogue Autumn term 2014: • Appraisals meetings: assessment and initial pay recommendation made • Pay recommendations moderated then ratified • Appeals held • Evaluate and update policies • Appraisal objectives set for next appraisal period.
