Endocrine System: Sending messages slowly but they last a long time Like eating well, exercising and getting enough sleep will give you energy all day!

  3. The Nervous System:Sends messages quickly but they don’t last long.Broken into two parts: • Central Nervous System (CNS) • Brain and spinal cord • Peripheral Nervous System (PNS) • Carries messages to and from CNS
