  17. Oracle Sales Cloud Has Three Primary Focus Areas

  18. Product Demonstration Oracle Sales Cloud integration to EBS Quotes

  19. Sales Cloud to ERPRelease 7 - Opportunity to Quote with e-Business Suite 12.1 EBS Configuration, Pricing & Quotes (CPQ) Inline UI Sales Cloud E-Business Suite ERP Data Sync Accounts Accounts Contacts Contacts Installed Base Installed Base

  20. For this demo I have logged into the Oracle Sales Cloud, on my iPad, as Lisa Jones. Using this simplified UI Lisa can manage her accounts anywhere, anytime, with any device

  21. Pressing on the Opportunities icon reveals a list of open opportunities assigned to Lisa. For this demo we will select the 2nd opportunity on the list, which is related to the customer Business World

  22. Having selected the desired opportunity a variety of details are revealed. From this screen Lisa can review and revise all aspects of the opportunity. For this demonstration we will click on the Quotes link to create a new quote.

  23. Having clicked the Quote link, Lisa was automatically directed to EBS Quotes and presented with an option to create a new quote, or modify one of the existing ones. For this demo we will create a new one.

  24. All relevant data has been seamlessly passed into the new quote, but also allows Lisa to add or modify data before proceeding. For this demo we will add a quote name by tapping into the quote name field.

  25. Once in the field the iPad’s keypad is revealed and Lisa can type in the name of the quote. After editing the quote name she will hit the apply button.

  26. Having tapped the apply button, Lisa is now presented with the entire quote record. Notice that the line has been automatically created, but since it is a configured product its status is incomplete

  27. Here Lisa selected the line she wants to update and choose Configure from list of values…

  28. … and taps on the Go button

  29. Lisa is now presented with the runtime UI where she can select the options required for this quote.

  30. Once Lisa has made her selections she will tab on the Finish button.

  31. In this example Lisa had not fully configured the unit so when she tapped the finish button the Fusion Config Engine (FCE) automatically completed the model and presented her with final preview screen.

  32. Quote is now valid. From here Lisa can return to the Sales Cloud to work on additional opportunities, or continue to work on this quote, get pricing approvals, generate proposals and/or place an order.
