  2. Definition • Storyboards are the blueprint for the series. They convey emotions and creative directions of the series. (Bamberger, CTW) • Function: • Visualize the script • Visual shot list • Screen direction (eg. character or object moving across the screen • Direction to an actor and the cameraman

  3. Presentation Boards • Presentation Boards • Don’t need the action broken into every camera angle. • Only need key elements drawn out • Conceptual ideas • Numbers of scene • Numbers of character • Overall flow of your story

  4. Production Board • Need to go over every detail of each scene with the director. • Every shot (eg camera angle) • Cut-away • Reaction • Movement • Special effect Is shown and notated on production boards
