  1. Good Day! ENJOY Click here to begin This is your 30-Second Employer Training: Recruitment & Hiring Strategies

  2. Why should I hire a person with a disability? The ADA REQUIRES I hire people with disabilities. Qualified employees with disabilities make great employees and drive success for their employers. Hiring people with disabilities is simply the RIGHT thing to do.

  3. Wrong Choice… The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is a civil rights law that guarantees equal access for people with disabilities in all areas of life, including employment. However, the ADA does NOT require employers to hire candidates with disabilities simply because the person has an impairment. Hiring decisions should be based on qualifications for the job! Try Again!

  4. Close, but not quite… While businesses can demonstrate their corporate social responsibility by hiring people with disabilities, there are many BUSINESS reasons for employing qualified applicants with disabilities. Try Again!

  5. CORRECT! Studies show that people with disabilities make great employees! Businesses that employ people with disabilities turn social issues into business opportunities. These opportunities translate into lower costs, higher revenues and increased profits. Having the right talent at the right place at the right time helps employers meet critical business needs.
