  1. Jesus and mother Mary. v.2

  2. Luk 1:28-30 The angel came to her and said, "Greetings, you who are highly favored! The Lord is with you!" She was startled by his statement and tried to figure out what his greeting meant. Then the angel told her, "Stop being afraid, Mary, for you have found favor with God.

  3. Mat 2:11 After they went into the house and saw the child with his mother Mary, they fell down and worshiped him. Then they opened their treasure sacks and offered him gifts of gold, frankincense, and myrrh.

  4. Luk 2:43-50 When the days of the festival were over, they left for home. The young man Jesus stayed behind in Jerusalem, but his parents did not know it. They thought that he was in the group of travelers. After traveling for a day, they started looking for him among their relatives and friends.

  5. When they did not find him, they returned to Jerusalem, searching desperately for him. Three days later they found him in the temple sitting among the teachers, listening to them, and asking them questions.

  6. All who heard him were amazed at his intelligence and his answers. When his parents saw him, they were shocked. His mother asked him, "Son, why have you treated us like this? Your father and I have been worried sick looking for you!"

  7. He said to them, "Why were you looking for me? Didn't you know that I had to be in my Father's house?" But they did not understand what he said to them.

  8. Luk 3:23 When Jesus began to preach, he was about thirty years old. Everyone thought he was the son of Joseph. ------

  9. Mat 1:25 He (Joseph) did not have marital relations with her (Mary) until she had given birth to a son; and he named him Jesus.

  10. Joh 2:3 When the wine ran out, Jesus' mother said to him, "They don't have any wine." Jesus said to her, "How does that concern us, woman?(woman-gunē-goo-nay‘-

  12. Mat 12:46-50 While Jesus was still speaking to the crowds, his mother and brothers stood outside, wanting to speak to him. Someone told him, "Look! Your mother and your brothers are standing outside asking to speak to you."

  13. He asked the man who told him, "Who is my mother, and who are my brothers?" Then pointing with his hand at his disciples, he said, "Here are my mother and my brothers!

  14. For whoever does the will of my Father in heaven is my brother and sister and mother."

  15. Luk 11:27 As Jesus was saying this, a woman in the crowd raised her voice and said to him, "How blessed is the womb that gave birth to you and the breasts that nursed you!" Luk 11:28 But he said, "Rather, how blessed are those who hear God's word and obey it!"

  16. Mat 13:54-58 He went to his hometown and began teaching the people in their synagogue in such a way that they were amazed and said, "Where did this man get this wisdom and these miracles? This is the builder's son, isn't it?

  17. His mother is named Mary, isn't she? His brothers are James, Joseph, Simon, and Judas, aren't they? And his sisters are all with us, aren't they? So where did this man get all these things? " And they were offended by him.

  18. But Jesus told them, "A prophet is without honor only in his hometown and in his own home." He did not perform many miracles there because of their unbelief. Joh 6:44 They kept saying, "This is Jesus, the son of Joseph, isn't it,

  19. whose father and mother we know? So how can he say, 'I have come down from heaven'?" Jesus answered them, "Stop grumbling among yourselves. No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him, and I will raise him to life on the last day.
