  2. Ancient Mesopotamia • The first Governments Monarchy. • The People who lived there were know as Akkadians

  3. Ancient China • After a time many different kingdoms formed in ancient China . • China is a land of many different Regions. • Every Forth of July, fireworks light up the sky all across the United States.

  4. Ancient Egypt • Most Egyptians were farmers who lived near the Nile river. • By about 3500 B.C. tow large kingdoms had formed in Egypt. • As a part of religion ,Egyptians believed in life after dead.

  5. Ancient India • Then about 1750 B.C.,people moved away from the Indus Some small Valley villages grew into large cities. • cities. • Some of these ideas led to new religion called Hinduism.

  6. Ancient Greece • In the religion there many gods.the Greeks believed their gods act much like humans. • The ancient Greeks saw themselves as citizens of their city state. • The senate decided which laws all Sparta.

  7. Ancient Rome • Rome first government was a monarchy. • Rich and poor of Rome led very different lives. • During this time the religion of Christianity.
