Abstract • The Deepwater Maritime Operational Effectiveness Simulation (DMOES) model was developed to support assessment of large scale, integrated “systems of systems” for Coast Guard maritime, multi-mission and military operations. Air, surface, C4ISR and logistics components are tied together with CONOPS and CONLOG to execute Coast Guard missions in response to multiple, concurrent threats and demands.
