Take out: pencil, do now sheet, homework (will be collected) Tonight’s Homework: Median and Midsegment HW worksheet 9th Grade Geometry Monday -10/18/10 Objectives: Draw, label, and define the median and/or midsegment of a triangle. Solve problem using the definition of a midsegment, median, perpendicular bisector. Agenda: • Do Now – Pre-Assessment (10 min) • New VocabPowerpoint (15 min) • Perpendicular Bisector Investigation (15 min) • Practice Problems to be finished for HW (10 min) Do Now: Write HW in agenda. Put your HW out on your desk. Complete today’s Do Now sheet.
