  1. Organizing Club Day 4 “Get ready for a busy, busy day!”

  2. Agenda for the Week! • TODAY- Organizing Test, Picture Worksheet, Organizing Song & Dance, Organizing Time, Cr8iv Moment, Project Work time(if all other work is done! ) • THURSDAY- Organizing Time, Cr8iv Moment, and rest of class is Project time! • FRIDAY- Full time project time!

  3. If you have any questions, ask now, or forever hold your peace!(today)

  4. Corny Joke of the Day!!! What is the difference between a violin & a tuna fish??? You can tune a violin, but you can’t tun-a-fish!!!

  5. Changes in the Project! • Some 8th graders were complaining that they did not want to make a children’s storybook so… • There are now 2 other choices that you can pick from • Children’s storybook explaining how to organize • Teen/Children’s magazine about organizing • Organizing game board/game

  6. Questions, anyone?

Some Project Tips… • If you are doing a children’s storybook, you can maybe type out your story/how-to guide on Microsoft PowerPoint, and then print it out 1 slide to a page! • If you are doing the magazine, you can type it out on Publisher, or download a magazine template. Be sure to have advertisements relating to your magazine. They don’t put Abercrombie ads in fish magazines. • If you are doing the game-board, you can plan out your game, and then carry out your plan on a tri-fold. 

  8. On to the Test… • Please put up your test folders • This is only 20 questions long, so I’m only going to give you 20 minutes to finish it • I hope you studied really well for the test because some of these questions are really hard • I’m a fast grader… so you’ll probably have your personal grades and class averages by tomorrow • CHEAT & and you’ll be coughing up $20. • I’ve got eyes like a hawk!  SHOUT OUT TO SICK PEOPLE: Test is NOT printable! Must be taken at school!!!

A Little Worksheet… • You are about to receive a little labelingworksheet • It’s not hard, it’s just a regular, homework, 2% of your grade-like type of thing • You’ll probably finish it in about 5 minutes or so • When you’re done, please put it in your CLASSWORK FILE  • SICK LINK: www.worksheet/vedablog.com

Organizing Song & Dance • “Can you not find your homework, was it here or there?” (slowly stand up) • “Getting into trouble is such a scare!” (snap fingers while standing up) • “If you had those filers it would be just nice!” (clap & snap while standing) • “Go to Wal-Mart and buy some for just the right price!” (tap on knees) • GET ORGANIZED(x3) (slowly sit down when song is coming to an end!)   11. Organizing Time! • Please get out your binders… • Start organizing wherever it is necessary • If you guys need help, you can ask me, or write it down on my ?Question? Sheet! • Enough chat… start organizing

  13. Cr8iv Moment! • Our Cr8iv Moment today will only be 3 minutes due to time constraints • Please shut your eyelids now • You will get a detention if they are open right now. I have eyes, I can see you • Think of what you want to be when you grow up, any goals you would like to achieve along the long, bumpy road of adulthood!

  15. PROJECT TIME! • You may start or continue working on your projects right now • If you need a laptop, you must consult me first, and THEN, if I say yes, you may proceed to the laptop cart to get a laptop • I will track you down(literally) if you leave your area a pigsty and NOT clean up!
