  4. Scheduling Scheduling for Year 4 occurs in two phases Initial Schedule Preferences • Submitted electronically via E-Connect • Deadline 5 PM Monday April 3 • Receive initial schedule on Monday April 24 Add/Drop Process • Begins Tuesday April 25 • Continues for remainder of the academic year
