  5. 為改善ODD與 U-Case間隙,我們一直在努力: 一:設變鎂合金凸臺,已知會太原MIT修模設變,對于已進廠內的鎂合金支架, 全部人工打磨處理,對於間隙大於1.0mm的有所改善……

  6. 二:ODD Bezel邊角處外翻變形,

  7. 對于ODD Bezel長度130.95 ,最小可允許變形0.39mm, 我們要求成型按0.2mm變形度管控

  8. 總結: ID設計間隙尺寸為0.8mm, 加上ODD本身變形存在公差, 再加上組裝公差,勢必使ODD&U-Case間隙產生超規。 故從事實數據來看: Spec:0.2~0.8mm,間隙很容易超規, 建議將此規格修正為0.2-1.0mm.
