  4. Forms of Tobacco • Cigarettes • Cigars • Chewing Tobacco (held in cheek) • Snuff (goes up your nose or in mouth) • Dip (held in lip) • Snus (goes in lip and can be swallowed) • Shisha (hookah)

Hookah • Does not filter out carcinogens • Even cooled smoke has toxins • Addictive – 100-200 times more smoke inhaled in a 60 min session • Higher levels of arsenic, lead, and nickel • 36 times more tar • 15 times more carbon monoxide A hookah is a water pipe used to smoke tobacco through cooled water.
