CloudBroker Software definitions Log in through https://platform.cloudbroker.com/ Go to „Software” / „New” Define the following „Product” and „Version”: „AutoDock XY” and „1.0” (where XY are the number(s) in your OpenNebula cloud username) Click „Save” Go to „Software” / „New” Define the following „Product” and „Version”: „Wrapper XY” and „1.0” Click „Save”

  5. CloudBroker Executable definitions For every line of the table below, perform these tasks: Go to „Software” / „Executables” / „New” Set „Software” and „Binary” according to the table Click „Save”

CloudBroker Deployment definitions First, activate the software: under „Software”, under „Actions” select „Deploy” Go to „Software” / „Deployments” / „New” Set „Architecture” to „x86_64” Set „Operating system” to „Other x.x R1” Set „Installation directory” to „/usr/bin/” Click „Expert Options” Set the „Image ID” to „ami-00000XXX” (ID of CloudBroker Apps Image created during day 1, padded to 8 digits with zeros, see your value in table http://goo.gl/rf1E2) Set „Username” ro „root” Click „Save” Perform this for both the „Wrapper XY 1.0” and „AutoDock XY 1.0” Software

  7. Final steps Finally, activate: The Deployment The Software

  8. Creating a new wrapped job Select the guse_wrapper.sh executable of Wrapper XY 1.0 Set some name Click „Save”

  9. Adding inputs to the job In case of Wrapper XY 1.0, a file called „execute.bin” has to be uploaded, this will be the executable Add a new Data file Upload http://goo.gl/v1GHy Click „Save”

  10. Submit the job After selecting your job, click „Actions” / „Submit” Refresh the status of your job You can also check OpenNebula directly for any new VM started
