ISO schemes & Risks assessment & management • ISO 14000 family is primarily concerned with "environmental management • This means that the BU have the ability to: • Identify and minimize harmful effects on the environment caused by its activities, • Achieve continual improvement of its environmental performance. • ISO 22000 is primarily concerned with “ food risks management” • This means that the BU have the ability • Identify food safety hazards and ensure that all the relevant food safety hazards are adequately controlled and monitored • Manage food safety within the framework of a structured management system continually improved and incorporated into the overall management activities

ISO 9000 Certification • ISO 9000is primarily concerned with quality management • This means what the organization have to implement in order to: • Fulfill Consumer's quality expectations • Enhance Customer Satisfaction, • Achieve continual improvement of its performance in pursuit of these objectives.
