  4. How did it come here? • Through allies, soldiers and ships that were going across oceans from country to country.

  5. How did people tried to prevent the flu? • Many people wore masks in efforts to try to prevent the virus from entering the body.

  6. What was used to treat people with the flu? • Aspirin • Warm liquids • Medicine used for pneumonia • Salicin • Salt • Cinnamon with milk • Baths (were not successful)
