Represented here are 111, 63 and 16 genetic interactions for CDC73SET2 and DST1, respectively, that were confirmed by either tetrad dissection or random sporulation. The SET2 and CDC73 screen data represented here are also being used, along with 118 other screens, in a more general analysis of genetic interaction networks in S. cerevisiae (A. Tong et al., manuscript submitted).
