Lessons & Actions from Harmonisation Project • Subsectoral disaggregation of the energy balance needs to be updated • Differences in emission factors and calorific values used by EPA (Ireland) and Eurostat • Methodological issues surrounding the treatments of petroleum coke, and CHP. • Balance needs to be presented in a format that facilitates automatic entry into inventory
