  4. I play => I (have) played He listens => He (has) listened Je joue => J’ai joué Il écoute => Il a écouté How do we form the P.C.?

  5. How do we form the P.C.? verbe AVOIR + participepassé du (conjugated in the verbe corresponding form) • participe passé: • regular -er verbs – replace –er with –é • regular -irverbs – replace –ir with –i • regular -re verbs replace –re with -u
