  2. LONG TERM GOALS • Adopt 21st century teaching approaches • To enhance critical thinking in science and empower to relate science with everyday life

  3. SHORT TERM GOALS • To encourage the shy students to actively participate in the class • To encourage the collaboration among students

INSTRUCTIONAL STRATEGIES AND TASKS • To make the subject interesting for students by having : • Group activities • Quiz competition • Individual activities • Experiments in the lab • To enhance students confidence by: • Acknowledging and rewarding students performance • Asking the students to explain the concept in front of the class • Introduce some interactive websites

  5. CHALLENGES AND SOLUTIONS CHALLENGES • If lab is not free • If slides are not available for a particular topic SOLUTIONS • Arrange the apparatus to conduct an experiment in the class • Search a book having illustrations for better understanding

  6. NEWS LETTER • Science Exhibition was held in Jr.D section in the first week of April. Students made models on the following topics: • Electrical circuits • Forces • Following students got positions: • Marium Tapal VI-A • Tuba Agha VI-R • Zara Waseem VI-O
