  7. Skills Section • Good for students with limited or spotty work history • Can incorporate hobbies & volunteer work • Choose 4 words to describe you (but give them what they want) (i.e. focus on them)

  8. Changes for aExperience Resume • Better for more experienced applicants • Includes skills & history together • Focus on job titles not company or dates • Include long descriptions of what you did • Keep it focused on the requested job
