In areas where a proven intentional best practice exists, IBS has customized and adapted that best practice.   9. What is Smart Environment? IBS’s Smart Environment Solutions is defined as equipping Real Estate entities with technological solutions to offer (A) Energy & cost saving deployment & operational models as well as (B) convenient, practical and/or luxurious means of interactions with the end user. Some refer to Smart Environment as Smart Buildings or Intelligent buildings, but such latter terms are currently limited to either traditional building management systems (BMS) or building automation systems (BAS). However, “true” Smart Environment extends to positively impact all different types of the building across varying occupants. Real Estate entities span across all different building types to be smart building, smart community or even Smart city. Types include, but not limited to, single villas or multiplex residential villas, residential apartment buildings, residential compounds, commercial office buildings, retail buildings, hospitals, universities, utilities buildings, etc.

Aqeeq • 2 Hotels in Al-Madina central area, owned by Al-Aqeeq, Member of Taibah Holding (Aug 2011 to Dec 2011 SR 212,500) • After design review and performing site visit, IBS produced an “exposure list” to highlight required critical modifications applicable to Infrastructure and Systems in hand. • - IBS then worked with Main Contractor and involved stakeholders by describing exposure list for alignment and locking an alteration action plan. • High level Smart Building Solution Architecture • - List of expected Requirements and Functionalities • - Requirements to infrastructure/Systems Mapping • - Per each Infrastructure/System: • o Systems Logical Technical Diagrams • o Systems Components Definition • o System components Specification • o Interoperability requirements with other systems • - Implementation and validation guidelines and consideration • Perform Gap Analysis (Evaluate Current Design/BoQ vs. D1 Standard Requirements) • Provide recommendation per Gap Analysis • Work with Client and other stakeholders to conclude decision – CLOSURE • Place recommendation and provide support to bring forward additional systems if required

Smart City Consulting for KAEC • Emaar, The Economic City - Smart City (EEC-SC) Consulting (Jan 08 to Dec 08) • Defined ISP/OSP guidelines to comply with both international standards and SAGIA requirements. • Worked directly with Cisco and Ericsson on Optimal Networking & Smart Environment infrastructure design (FTTH, NOC, NMS, O&M, etc) • Worked with EEC-SC to define services & packaging of smart city functionalities & features (e.g. Triple play, BMS, BAS, etc. • Introduced a prototype for Customer Relation Management (CRM) model.

SABA Clinics • SABA Clinics (July 09 – Dec 11) SR 810,000 • Re-designed Client’s Business Processes • Established a connectivity solution (6 branches to Main office) • Introduce a centralized solution including Data Center setup, networking components and a Health Information System (HIS) which will be automatically integrated with Accounting, HR, Inventory management, and other related Applications and systems. • Implement a practical cost control and analysis solution. • Support to interoperate with a CRM model
