Major issues • QD4R power supply and spare ps both failed on turn-on • 3-day around-the-clock work by PCD eng. and tech. • QD4R now working on its InverPower supply • Spare DynaPower believed to be good • but cannot test beyond 300 A • Only limited number of Rf stations running • technical and PPS issues • will prevent further progress if not fixed soon. • BIC not operational • work-around with DIAGLIST • much better now after expert work over the weekend • LER IR-2 BPMs have not yet given much of a reading. Plan • Priority to get beam currents up • Get LER TFB going (today), tune HER TFB (ongoing) • Get more Rf working (today, tomorrow) • Get LFBs going (Thu, Fri, Sat) • somewhat hinges on getting sufficient rf voltage • expert not available next week • Fix remaining magnet issues in LER tomorrow • SK3 has ground fault • SCX1L has intermittent ground fault. • Begin luminosity tuning tomorrow evening. • Scrub • Begin delivery coming weekend U.
