  2. What E.Coli is. • Escherichia Coli is a common germ that can get into different types of food such as raw meat and hamburgers, unpasteurized fruit, contaminated water, and vegetables that are grown in cow manure. It is mostly living in enthoderms and poses no harm to human kind.

  3. What are E.Coli’s symptoms? • Bloody stool • Diarrhea • Vomiting • Nausea • H.U.S.

  4. Other Symptoms of E.Coli. • Outbreaks often are caused by food that has gotten the bacteria, E coli, in it. Bacteria can get accidentally mixed into ground beef before packaging. Eating undercooked meat can spread the bacteria, even though the meat looks and smells normal. E. coli can also live on cows’ udders. It may get into milk that is not pasteurized.

  5. What should you do after a while? • You should go to medicare or E.R. to see what they tell you. Don’t take medicine such as diarrhea or stomach medicine, it might make it worse.

  6. What the fair should do. • The fair should wash hands more. They should cook meat until no longer pink. Fairs should clean bathrooms from three to five days.
