  4. Regional Managers • Responsible for their own regions & the coordination of their activities • Interacts with each other & as a team - uniformity of centers - implementation of marketing strategy • New location proposals • Responsible for maintenance of franchises & new contracts

Regional Managers (cont’) • Support, monitor & supervise the facility managers within their regions - instructs and get feedback • Communicates directly with functional departments and HQ - performs duties assigned - monthly reports to HQ or when necessary • Accountable for the regional budget
