Project Overview Program title: KrousarKakKhdav" in Khmere or "Sweet Home" Parents and care givers in SCNiC target areas have access to information on how to educate their children in positive way, without using corporal and emotional punishment. • 26 shows will be produced • Target audience in SCNiC target areas will be informed about consequences of corporal punishment and how to educate their children without using corporal and emotional punishment. • 200 people will call and send their questions/ comments to the program Project Period: Sept 2010 March 2011 Communication Approach Radio Talk Show/ RNK and Radio Bayon Geographic Location: Kampong Cham, Siem Reap, PreahVihear, Pursat, Kampong Chhnang, Koh Kong, Kampong Thom and Battambang.

Objectives of the assessment The main objectives of the assessment are: • To evaluate to what extent the radio programme achieved its objective and identify how many parents and care givers changed their practice of corporal punishment due to the radio programme intervention • To identify strengths and weaknesses of the radio program • To recommend a concrete and realistic approaches and activities to improve the program.
