  3. 1. MONERA Monera  monares (tunggal) Ciri : • Bersel 1, Memiliki inti sel tetapi tidak memiliki membran inti sel PROKARIOTIK • Contohnya : Bakteri dan ganggang biru

  4. BAKTERI • Struktur sederhana, dan memiliki peran penting • Tidak memiliki klorofil dan heterotrof • Hidup di mana-mana (tanah, parasit hewan / tumbuhan lain, air, dll) • Bentuknya : basil (batang), coccus (bulat), spirillum (spiral).

  5. BASIL / BACILLUS • Bakteri yang berbentuk batang • Terdiri dari bentuk : a. streptobasil (panjang seperti rantai) contoh Bacillus antrhracis : penyebab penyakit antraks b. diplobasil (bekelompok dua-dua) c. Basil tunggal (monobasil)

  6. COCCUS • Bakteriberbentuk bola • Terdapat lima macambentukcoccus, yaitu : a. Monococcus (tunggal) b. Diplococcus (berkoloni 2) c. Streptococcus (sepertirantai) d. Staphylococcus (sptanggur) e. Sarcina (bentukkubus)

  7. SPIRILLUM • Bentuk spiral • Terdiri dari : a. spiral : lebih dari ½ lingkaran b. koma (vibrio) : kurang dari ½ lingkaran c. spirochaeta : sulur berpilin

  8. BAKTERI MENGUNTUNGKAN • Bakteripengikat nitrogen yang menyuburkantanah : ClostridiunmpasteurianumdanRhizoboiumracicola(dalambintilakarkacangtanah)

  9. Bakteri yang merugikan • Salmonella typhose : tipus • Mycobacterium tuberculosis : TBC • Clostridium tetani : Tetanus • Shigella dysentriae : disentri
