Specification for Apprenticeships Standards in EnglandSASE • Sector Skills Councils - Determine the SASE Framework in discussion with employers • Awarding Bodies – interpret the framework and construct the qualification • If the funding for the qualification is to be claimed by the Further Educational College (FEC) then the qualification must be on the Learner Aims Reference Application (LARA)
