Overall: general information • Our aim is simple focussing on distribution logistics with a key undertaking and message in mind: • product care – whether car, animal or the simplest box: best ways for your product to „live-well“ • close standing-by to ensure at start-and-end all best • cost and clarity is (significantly) improved

Overall: what we do and want to achieve: • Background: • TLT-STL) is an integrator of logistics services in the air and on the land and sea – with special focus on airline logistics, automotive logistics and livestock logistics • we see ourselves as a General Operations Agent or „GOA“ • our customers seek specialized solutions, which are high-quality and focused on profitable commercial growth • ...however, often they have very little local operational resource over their networks to achieve this • ...or they have have a special area/product or even a problem, where they request our support or solution • How do we do this? • we provide our customers with additional operational resource at no extra overall cost – from simple co-ordination and support to operational outsourcing of certain activities • we focus on optimizing our customers‘ costs but at the same time improving the product in the supply chain (e.g. trucking, handling, capacity) – special focus is on product-care and technologically/environmentally advanced • we can help our customers to become more efficient in the operational day-to-day work – e.g. service for customers, processing requests, reporting, real-time status updates, general administration, etc. • expanded, improved and caring service at lower cost

TLT-STL: reference models and general products TLT-STL has a wide customer base, but very focussed and dedicated to specialised operational products: • airline handling and distribution logistics with hub import and export trucking distribution and warehousing products (specifically Europe, USA and Uzbekistan) • automotive logistics from logistical organisation of events (e.g. Jewel Event, Formula X, etc.), to single car transports • livestock logistics – chartering of aircraft or sea, all logistics including handling, crate building, liaising with vets, provision of licences, customs and land transports with specialised equipment. Full charters to single animals • representation of logistics and forwarding companies with regards to their logistics (pick-up to final delivery globally) • special products include automotive spare-parts distribution and setting up of continuous charter-aircraft routes where capacity is controlled by specialised partners

Airline Logistics: Our General Network for Trucking and Offline Handling • The European airports as listed to the right are where we can offer trucking from/to AMS, BRU, CDG, FRA, LHR, MUC, TXL, VIE as main hubs – mainly on a scheduled basis and as kg. or position rates – more than 100 airports • At these European airports, we also can offer full handling: documentation and warehouse handlingincluding all messaging, and co-ordination at site • In USA, we operate to/from the main hubs specifically ATL, JFK, LAX, LCK, MCO, MIA,ORD, SFOproviding scheduled trucking and airport handling • At Rickenbacker, USA (LCK), Columbus (Ohio) we have developed a special distribution hub whereby we focus specifically on livestock handling and global distribution • In Uzbekistan, we carry out full distribution from/to Navoi and Tashkent and surrounding countries – scheduled trucking and airport handling • For all countries, we offer pick-up and delivery at any location as well as express products mainly with next day deliveries

Automotive Logistics: special handling and supervision TLT-STL co-ordinates focusses on the global distribution of all types of cars from mass production to individual rarities • We transport all types of vehicles worldwide – specifically Race, Rally, Historic, Prototype, OEM VIP Delivery, Event, Production • We organise transports A-Z including pick-up, build-up, handling, customs, supervision and delivery • Together with an exclusive partner, we have developed a special rack, which enables the transport of up to four cars in one 40ft. sea container or two cars on one aircraft position • We provide special insurance for values of over EUR 100m. per vehicle or transport • High savings through direct co-ordination and cost reduction (GSA trucking also through TLT-STL OSC)

8. Livestock Logistics: The TLT-STL Overall Solution Our practical approach in livestock logistics is simple but very new: • We directly carry out all required services to cover the whole process from A-Z with our specialist handling team including liaising with all authorities, setting up of quarantine, all transport modes, final delivery, documentation, customs, etc. • We can offer the whole chain A-Z or only a part of this • Our partners are the exporters, shippers and buyers and also the handling partners and (air)ports • We have developed key hubs (e.g. Rickenbacker, LCK) with airport and port authorities: Together we have created a new handling, where all partners including the authorities have built the product and there is no cost disadvantage even at smaller hubs • It is essential that the animals have the required care and treatment at all times and our supervision is part of the product offering from A-Z – or where required only part of this • We find the best transport solutions – including considering distance and the hub best suited. The TLT-STL Key Objectives in Product Delivery • To ensure our customers get the bestprice and best quality • To ensure – at no cost – that our customers have full transparency and a full running Operational Service Center (OSC) at all times (see diagramme below) • To ensure that our customers have specific solutions for their own product and not standard base-line services • To create most extensive hub distribution concepts for import and export, not matched by any other competitor • To create something new and under best-management by managing at site logistically all facets carefully in the interests of the customers of our customers too – as if we were our customer • IT – we work with our own handling systems – primarily Acternity: web-based innovative system, access all times
