Private Networks • In the UK, we create private networks for Multi-Tenanted buildings:- - Utilising a range of renewable technologies - Metered independently of the main utility supply companies (who are limited to the boundary of the site) Utilities for each apartment include:- • Metered heat energy and hot water supply • Metered cold water supply • Metered electricity supply • Metered chilled water energy usage

  4. Metering It is largely accepted that by introducing metering to a supply previously unmetered, consumption of that supply can be reduced in some instances by as much as 30 percent. This not only saves money for the tenant, allows a fairer way of charging for what is actually used, but it also helps reduce the impact on the environment from harmful CO2 emissions

Streamlined Process Our billing service is a streamlined process that includes: • Monthly billing – a quality, on time monthly utility bill • Payment processing – we can handle all of your payment processing needs • Management – you are assigned a dedicated account manager for your portfolio • Customer service – we offer personal customer service that is second to none • Reporting – comprehensive reporting to make managing your utility cost recovery programme more efficient

  6. Monthly or Quarterly Billing • On time and accurate monthly bill generation • Customised bills and facility for additional messages on your bills • Add additional items to your bill, such as rent, service charges etc. • Include additional inserts with your resident’s monthly utility bill.

Payment Processing WE CAN DO THE PAYMENT PROCESSING FOR YOU!! • We offer payment processing as an additional service to our customers • Elevates training and time consuming work for your staff • Residents have the flexibility to pay in a variety of formats and we process the payments • All of the payments are banked in a separate account and transferred at an agreed period – it’s that easy!

Management • Dedicated account manager appointed • Reporting the information from the billing back to your management team is a very important aspect of the process • We work closely with our customers to fully understand their needs, so that the information we supply you is exactly what you need • Monthly reports that list all of your billing details including the details of every resident’s monthly charges

Customer Service • We understand how important it is to make sure that our customers (both management and residents) receive everything they need out of our services. • Outstanding customer service team, dedicated to addressing questions, concerns or needs of residents • Telephone support to answer calls and offer solutions to residents • Out of hours message service • Tailored service level agreement

  10. Reporting • Payment Processing Report – Shows full breakdown of balances owed in current, 30, 60, and 90+ day breakdown. The report is processed month with the billing. An updated report is available at any time upon request during the month. • Inactive and Overdue Report – Shows full breakdown of balances owed by tenants who have moved out. The report is processed monthly with the billing. The report is used to send the old outstanding balances to their collection agency. • Accounts Receivable Status Report – Shows summary of the activity for the month and is processed at the end of every month. This report is used to balance accounts, show the month end accounts receivable, balance due and the disbursement of the monies collected.
