  1. LPG cylinder subscribers need to have an authentic mobile number and a one-time password (OTP) to get their LPG cylinders delivered at home. Customers who want home gas delivery of their LPG cylinders will get a code on their registered mobile number. Successful delivery of LPG Cylinders can only happen when the customers provide the OTP Code to the delivery person. It will be difficult and a tedious process without a mobile number.

  2. •These days booking can be easily done through mobile phones. •You get LPG cylinders right at your doorstep. •You can expect the gas delivery within 48 hrs of booking. •Customers can weigh the cylinder before accepting it in case of any doubts. •Gas agencies are generally open between 10 am and 6pm. •When receiving the gas cylinder, you should be careful about the date and serial number of your booking. •Get the installation done only by the agency’s person who is well experienced. •Check for any signs of leakage asking the delivery person to open the sealed cylinder before accepting the delivery.

  3. •Do ensure to receive your LPG cylinder within 48hrs of booking and if it doesn’t reach you then you can raise a complaint with your gas agency. •You can also ask the delivery man to carry a weighing machine so that you can check the weight of the cylinder. •Before getting a new connection, it is important to buy a gas stove. •Ensure you have submitted all your documents correctly such as your identity address proof so that there is no scope for any problem in the future LPG cylinder deliveries. •Always keep the cap in lock position if you are not using the cylinder. •Switch off the knob on the gas stove when you are not cooking and especially before sleeping at night. •Check the gas tube regularly and get it changed at regular intervals. •Ask your distributor to send an experienced and trained person for inspections once in 2 years and pay the basic charges for the servicing done.
