CONNECTICUT Market Ambit Energy is the Retail Electric Supplier in the Connecticut Light & Power Territory (CL&P) and United Illuminating Company Territory (UI) Account Descriptions • CL&P- 11 digit number • “Customer Name Key”- 3 or 4 characters (numbers, symbols, or letters) found on the CL&P invoice • UI- 14 digit number Invoicing- Ambit Energy does not generate an invoice, the Customer will receive an invoice from their delivery provider. Invoice is divided into two parts: • Supply Charge (provided by Ambit Energy) • Delivery Charge (Incumbent) CL&P and UI NO Credit Checks = NO Deposits

CONNECTICUT Free Energy Referral Program- Consultants have 180 days from service start date to enroll 15 customers (refer these customers to Consultant’s personal website to enroll) • The credit is based on an average payment amount of the minimum 15 customers • All bills must be paid on time • Free energy referral credit is sent by check • Should the credit exceed the balance, the supply portion of the bill will be reduced to a zero balance

CONNECTICUTSingle State Consultant Single State Connecticut Consultant (CC) Details • Position available to Connecticut residents ONLY • Earns JumpStart Bonuses and CRI Commissions • Does NOT pay Team Builder or CLB Bonuses (If they sponsor an MC and trigger JumpStart1 they are then eligible for Team Builder) • Bonuses trigger off of Connecticut Customers ONLY Promotions • If a CC promotes to RC (2 personally sponsored MC’s, a Team of 6 MC’s, and 5 customer points) they automatically become eligible to earn and trigger ALL bonuses and commissions • If a Consultant sponsors a CC, it does NOT trigger bonuses or count towards promotions • CC’s are able to upgrade to MC status via PowerZone (My Business tab) at any time

CONNECTICUT Customer Enrollments Customer Enrollments • Customer must provide the 4 digit Customer Name Key or the enrollment will reject (located on Customer's invoice) • During the online enrollment process, the Customer must acknowledge that they have read, printed, downloaded, and/or saved a copy of the Disclosure Label documents and the Terms of Service. Customer must keep these documents accessible. See below.

  8. CONNECTICUT Product Types Note: All Connecticut plans are competitive. There are no Guaranteed Savings plan.

CONNECTICUT CL&P Product Budget Billing- Helps to generate an average usage and rate during peak seasons to avoid high usage and rate charges Residential and Commercial Customers • Must enroll through CL&P, even if the Customer is currently enrolled in budget billing and they switch service providers they must re-enroll • Contact CL&P at (800)266-2000 or http://www.cl-p.com/Home

CONNECTICUT UI Product Budget Billing- 12 month average of customer’s usage and rate are calculated and then locked in for a specific amount of time (varies depending on the delivery provider) Residential Customers • Customers prior to switching to Ambit Energy will continue to have budget bulling but will receive a true-up/settlement from UI.
