  2. THE LAW OF VISUALIZATION: • The world around you is a reflection of the world within you. The images you dwell upon affect your thoughts, feelings and behavior. Whatever you visualize clearly and emotionally will eventually materialize in your world. • We must visualize what we want to ATTRACT in our lives.

  3. Vision 2012 & Beyond A true visionary is someone who recognizes a need or opportunity and regardless of conventional wisdom or skeptics, does something about it. Vision is not forecasting the future, what it is, is creating the future by taking action in the present. NOW IS THE TIME TO CRAFT YOUR VISION! Time is just a linear measurement of successive increments of NOW! Any where you go on that line is NOW and that’s how you have to live it. We encourage all of you to paint your personal vision of where you want to be and exactly what that will look like by the end of 2012and Beyond.

  4. You must be able to communicate (PROJECT) a vivid conception of your vision on a daily basis until it becomes part of you and your culture. You must create REAL ownership from all!

Goals For This week! • Increase Recruiting Vernacular • Build Recruiting IQ • Developing your Recruiting “Street Cred” • Improve our “collective” public speaking skills • Increase your Influence Factor • Leave here Friday with a Increased sense of “SWAGGER” • Increase your level of Field Training beyond excellence Do You want more Influence over those you lead? You got to Get Righteous, Find your “Voice” and what it stands for!

We Will Unify Your 6 Key Elements for Success! • Your Purpose - driving ambition that shapes what your deal aspires to achieve • Your Strategy - TheSpecific and measurable way you achieve your purpose. What is it? We’ll help you define it this week. * Strategy serves purpose! • Your People and the way they interact! - Are they assembled and rallied around executing a strategy? Key - how do they treat each other to get work done? - Says more about you than anything else! • Your structure and process - Needs to be the center of of how you drive and execute programs under your systems - it must UNIFY your people. • Your Metrics and Rewards - What you measure is what you value! It says everything about your purpose! And how you reward your people is a cornerstone to your culture. • Your Culture - The largely unwritten set of rules that govern behavior - “How work gets done when you don’t have to specify how the work should be done!” Good culture is a unifying point.

  7. Visions that are truly shared can take time to emerge, they grow as a by-product of interactions. – FAST TRACK your Vision! It’s your passion number and everyone better know it!

  9. THE LAW OF ATTRACTION: You attract into your world the people, ideas and opportunities that harmonize with your dominant thoughts. When your goals are magnetized with the emotion of desire, you will experience what other people call luck.

  10. They need to evoke a feeling of being apart of something special! We’re making Dreams come true! If there was ever a time to dare, to make a difference, to embark on something worth doing, it is NOW. It’s got to tug at your heart and it’s got to be your obsession – Your DREAM!
