4. Provincial Exams English 12 and Communications 12 are the only mandatory exams
All other provincial exams are optional
EXCEPTION: students applying for provincial scholarships (see your counsellor)
Consult with counsellors, teachers, parents/guardians & the post-secondary institutions to which you are applying to guide you in your decision-making
You must register with your teacher if you wish to write an optional exam
6. PSI Post Secondary Institutions (PSI) Selections Form is completed online
You can complete the form any time between now and the end of June 2011
Deadline of April 29 for early admission
See handout (available at the counselling office) for how to complete form
7. TVRs Transcript Verification Reports (TVRs) allow grade 12 students to verify that their course and credit information is accurate
Please make sure that all of the information on your TVR is correct
Check to see that you are graduating—if not, see your counsellor
Please sign it in the space provided
If there is any incorrect information, circle it and write a note at the bottom of the form explaining your concern
Counsellors will review this and will call you out of class to meet, if necessary
