What Is PAAS Connect?

What Is PAAS Connect? • PAAS Connect is an e-learning tool that you can tailor to meet your • company’s educational needs. • Staff can access numerous interactive training courses, discussions, and • presentations about technical, emerging, and skill-specific issues on • demand — and from any computer with an Internet connection. • You can also customize courses to address your company’s needs.

2. How Do I Get Access? • We require a contract before you set up your PAAS Connecte-library. • After consulting with you, PAAS will create a unique curriculum for your • company’s needs. • Once we’ve created a curriculum, each registrant will receive an • e-mail with login instructions. • We’ll notify registrants by e-mail when we add courses to your • curriculum.

3. PAAS Connect Pricing • The PAAS Connect price applies to every employee in your company, not only premium audit. The pricing is applied yearly. Your company doesn’t need to worry about the number of employees that will take courses or the timing of registration. • Pricing applies to all employees within your company. • Pricing applies to all courses. • Your underwriters, field auditors, telephone auditors, processors, dispute resolution representatives, claims processors, legal staff — anyone within your company — will have access as determined within the contract. • If you wish to add other individuals (such as outside legal staff, agents, and brokers) to your company’s training program, we can add them to your contract. 4. How Do I Get Started with PAAS Connect ? • Once we receive your signed contract, PAAS will request a list of employees you wish to register and their e-mail addresses. • Also, we ask you to provide an initial list of courses to assign to each person. You can change this list at any time. • We will send an e-mail with instructions to each employee. (See next slide.)

5. I’m Enrolled – Now What? Congratulations! Your company has given you the opportunity to gain additional training through PAAS Connect. Your company has selected specific courses for your continued training and education.

6. How Do I Get Started with My PAAS Connect ? • We will send an e-mail with instructions to each person. (See next slide.) • Please provide us with an initial list of courses you want to assign to each person. This list can change at any time.

Next Steps • After logging in to the “My Training” tab, you will see the list of courses your company has chosen for you. • Select the course you wish to begin. • Note: Some courses are divided into sections. Each section is approximately 20 to 30 minutes in length. • You’ll see knowledge checks throughout each course. The knowledge checks test your understanding of the material. • You must complete all sections and the final exam before the system will issue a certificate of completion. • Take as much time as you need on each course. • Take the course as many times as you wish. • Take the exam as many times as you wish.

13. Bookmarks: I Need to Stop for Now Click the small circle on the left side of the table of contents to bookmark the lesson. If you have to close out of the lesson at any time, you can resume the lesson from the exact point you bookmarked. Click on the eraser to clear all bookmarks.

21. New Course Enrollment E-mail If you or your supervisor want to add a new course to your curriculum or if PAAS creates a new course for your company, you will receive an updated e-mail. Here’s an example:

Can I Track My Staff’s Progress? • Each registrant with an assigned curriculum will appear on a management report • that lists: • questions and responses • progress of the learner • completion of courses • Each course contains knowledge checks as well as a final exam. • An entire course may consist of multiple sessions. Each session is approximately 20 • to 30 minutes in length. • Management reports are available on request from PremiumA@iso.com.

What Types of Reports Are Available? • Content • A report that includes the question and response details of all questions asked . • Course • A course roster of currently enrolled learners and the details for their progress. • A course roster that includes all learners who have ever been enrolled in this course. • Curriculum • Reports containing learners, and how each has progressed within the curriculum. • Reports containing learning objects, and the overall learner progress achieved within the curriculum. • Learner • Select an individual learner and create reports showing all training activities for that learner. • Select a group and create reports that show overall learning activity for the group, and each of its members. • All reports are customizable for your company’s specific needs.
