  3. Commonalities • Egerman • Red, rose, pink • Curved lines (even on the men) • Three main looks • Day/Tea Gown (and negligee/robe) • Country • Dinner party • Petra has two looks: less formal lady’s maid and formal for dinner party

  4. Malcolm • Blues, blacks • Lots of layers, purchased elegance • Three main looks • Day (Tea Gown)/Uniform (and nightshirt/robe) • Country • Dinner party

Armfeldt • Greens, golds, (NOT SNC COLORS!) • Diagonals, abbreviated lines • Elegance comes from poise, not expense • Two looks for Mme and Fredrika • Day and dinner party • Four for Desiree • Costume • Day (and negligee/robe) (Tea Gown) • Country • Dinner party • Malla has two looks: Dresser and Country • Frid and Osa are is traditional serving garb the whole show. Bertrand has a costume for the play and serving garb for the dinner party.

Liebeslieder • Pastels, softer colors with strong accents (props and accessories) • Men still in traditional garb with color accents • Mrs Segstrom and Mrs Anderssen have period costumes for the play. • Mrs Nordstrom has a evening gown for the play scene and Mr. Lindquist and Mr. Erlanson are in evening tuxes.
