  5. Major Responsibilities The responsibilities of a teacher are to teach the required things for a certain grade level. They must prepare lesson plans for everyday that explain what they are doing and how it relates to what they’re teaching. They look after the students and enforce rules and requirements. Teachers must make sure that all students understand what they are learning and make sure that they will be prepared for the next grade level. A teacher’s responsibilities are extremely important because the skills they learn in the class room will apply to everyday life.

  7. “Day in the Life Of” Waking Up:I wake up at 5:15, quickly shower and get dressed. Ending Your Work Day: I leave work around 4:30 and get home around 5:00. I have a quick dinner and then finish my lesson plans. Start of Work Day: I drive to work in my silver Toyota and arrive at work about a half hour later. Morning Responsibilities:In homeroom I make sure everyone is there and then before I know it my period one class begins and the rest of the morning flies by. Afternoon Responsibilities: I have two afternoon classes that go by quickly and we get a lot done. Lunch Responsibilities: At lunch I have a packed lunch and I eat with some other teachers in the teacher’s lounge and then finish grading some papers.

  8. I put stripes on my project because they’re my favorite pattern. I put different color stripes because I like many different things. Also, I put hearts on the other side of my project because I’m a kind and caring person. On the bottom I have a picture of a basketball, a softball and a music note because I love sports and listening to music. On the side I put three different colored jewels, one pink, one blue and one lime green because they are my favorite colors. Lastly, I put cotton on the bottom to represent clouds because I like looking at clouds. Art Image

  9. Pediatrician- I like to work with kids and help others. Counselor- I like working with people and helping them solve problems. Physical Therapist- You get to work with many people and help them make progress with different things. Other Possible Careers

  10. Summary Slide After researching this career I would want to continue to pursue being a teacher. I still would like to be a teacher after learning more about this career for several reasons. One reason is because I like the fact that your salary can grow by more experience and more education. Another reason is you get to work with kids all day long and you have the option of teaching whatever grade level you want as long as you have certification. Also, I learned that there is a high demand for teachers which is good. Those are the reasons why after researching this career I wound want to continue pursing being a teacher.
