  2. Overview of Our PD Offerings Professional Learning at Mont Kiara International School [MKIS] is an artfully designed process with a focus on student learning and rooted in a school climate of collaboration and professional enquiry. As outlined in our mission statement, ESLRs, and policy documents, MKIS faculty are expert practitioners who are expected to continuously engage in a professional learning community in order to effectively guide each student to reach his/her potential. Consistent with our mission statement and ESLRs, the Professional Learning Program provides strategies and opportunities that build both individual and collective professional growth.
