  13. 2010 State Engagement Program Accomplishments • 46 Points of Contact (POCs) • 32 states provided environmental priorities • 43 states reviewed and rated 2011 ITRC project proposals • ITRC POCs: • Reviewed 7 documents • Participated in 3 internet-based training dry runs • Responded to 3 surveys on technical topics • Participated in 7 project technical & implementation sessions • Initiated or contributed to 4 project proposals • Identified 40 ITRC success story leads • Assisted with team leader and member recruitment

  14. 2012 Project Proposal Process ITRC received 12 proposals for 2012 projects Focused discussions with states and funders on specific project ideas Idea session at the 2010 SERDP Symposium ITRC selected 7 proposals to move forward in the evaluation process (see meeting book) April - June 2011: ITRC member input on proposals June – July 2011: voting ITRC Board of Advisors members rank proposals for funding preference based on member input and other criteria August 2011: ITRC Board of Advisors meeting to finalize draft 2012 budget
