What is Hypnosis ? Hipnosis is a mental state when your awareness is partially disabled, and is somewhere between the dreams and consciousness. When in hypnosis, you are suggestible too.
Hypnosis Hypnosis reaches our subconsiousness and its hidden mechanisms controlling our actions and changes them. That’s why the new information provided by the therapist are quickly transformed into action. When we are concious, our mind would seek a reason for doing every action. But when in hypnosis, our brain does not control our body, and thus does not oppose any suggestion.
