REMEMBER • Youth Groups are non-profit corporations • Board of Governance & Chief Executive Officer • Their constituency crosses multiple jurisdictional lines, including school districts & municipal boundaries • Their physical assets will cross multiple agency lines • They think of their organization as one unit • They are actively looking for funding for their programs • They deliver youth programs at the local level • They are dealing with multiple ages at the local level • Local cross agency partnerships already developed
