  2. Mission & Vision • Deliver high quality learning to adults & non-traditional students worldwide • Deliver learning that is affordable, accessible, and effective • Prepare students for a wide range of careers • Continually enhance educational tools & methods

  3. Student enrollment stagnant over past 3 years • Decline in student retention • Retention rates trail peer institutions • Perceived lack of social presence • Difficulty creating effective learning objects • Difficulty fostering sense of community Challenges

  4. Incorporate new tools & technologies • Facilitate more effective & efficient learning • Enhance the learning environment Technology Proposal • Tools that can eventually replace the LMS
