  2. Step-by-Step Procedure STEP 1 Get an idea of what you want to do. This can be anything you want (TV from your childhood, family memories, etc.)

  3. Step-by-Step Procedure STEP 2 Find the files (the stuff) that you want to put on the DVD. This can be from YouTube, other internet sites, or somewhere in your home

  4. Step-by-Step Procedure STEP 3 Purchase the appropriate software to your likeness.

  5. Step-by-Step Procedure STEP 4 Enter and edit the files into your software. Make sure that you save it as a project (depending on what format) EX: projectname.mvp

  6. Step-by-Step Procedure STEP 5 Add effects, captions, credits, and titles using the purchased software

  7. Step-by-Step Procedure STEP 6 Quickly preview your movie before you finalize it to see if there are any mistakes. Perform final editing if necessary

  8. Step-by-Step Procedure STEP 7 Finalize (export) the film. This can take up to 24-36 hours depending on the length of the film, the size of the file, the PC’s disk space, and the software (.wmv format recommended)

  9. Step-by-Step Procedure STEP 8 Open your PC’s DVD Maker. Download or purchase one if necessary.
