  7. BECOMING A CRUISEONE ASSOCIATE HOW DOES IT WORK? • Associates are Independent Contractors under the Franchise • Associates can be located anywhere • Associates receive online training • Associate are paid by and supported by the Franchise Owner

  8. Franchise Obligations The franchise owner(s) is responsible for all aspects of the franchise operation The franchise owner has access to HQ support The franchise owner handles group reservations The franchise owner handles all advertising The franchise has the personalized website(s)

Associate Obligations Sign a Confidentiality Agreement Have E& O Insurance Agree to a background check Sign a contract with the Franchise Owner Do online training Have a direct phone line Book new reservations Service new and existing clients Represent CruiseOne and the franchise in a professional manner

MARKETING All marketing is handled by the Franchise Owner Associate cannot advertising in the “public medium” (i.e. newspaper, television, radio, internet searches) Associates will have their direct line on their business card, must also include the Franchise location information Associates will have their own CruiseOne email address Associates can be on Facebook. You must show that you are part of the franchise. For example your name should show as: JaneDoewithTheDoeGroupCruiseOne
