  5. Problems Affecting Program -Difficulty in traveling -Travel reductions-911-Recession and closer events-Decreased hotel stay-Population getting older-Cruise ship/Hotel terrorism threats-Less money to spend-Fewer casinos employees-Less disposable income-Unemployment rates

  6. Sources of Program Input -One-on-one with Wyndham GM.-Advisory Board -Weekly meeting with Ellen Wentland, Ph.D.-Program Review Team Members-Review of graduate evaluations -Review of program statistics -Make-up of graduates reviewed according to age, sex, background, grades, courses taken

  7. Program Review and Specialist Suggestions -Increase Smart classrooms-Hire additional faculty-Hire faculty of diverse ethnic backgrounds-Attract more males-Consider increasing number of HST and TLT required courses-Additional focus on Hospitality Program in Lawrence
