Applying What I Learned • Integrating technology in my classroom • Make it fun; Make it real • Using what children like in order to foster learning • So many various uses: • Journaling Blogging • Webbits, WebQuests, WIPs • Allowing students to become pioneers of their learning, joint teacher/student responsibility

  5. Recommendations • Sometime assignments are unclear, need more specific directions • Limited ways of contacting classmates (time restrictions- when I can meet and when they can meet)

  6. Reflecting • This is a wonderful course. There are some many positive aspects. Here are just a few: • This is a great class for: • Anyone interested in learning • Anyone currently teaching • Anyone going into teaching • Anyone with an investment in a child and their future • I love that I can be (almost) anywhere and still in class

  7. Reflecting • Sharing of ideas • Collaboration • Knowledge gained can be USED in the future and right now • Working with new people in a different way • Projects can be completed at your own pace • Chats, Blogging, Wikis and Web Pages • You chose what you learn
