  13. SaturdaySTEM Academy • Current Engineering workforce is 75% white male—not a sustainable model • Saturday STEM Academy focuses on middle and high school underrepresented minority students from METCO and MetroWest schools

SaturdaySTEM Academy • High School Program Partners—Olin College of Engineering, MSWREB, Intel, Amelia Peabody Foundation, METCO, area School Systems • Program runs 10 Saturdays in Fall & Spring • Engineering classes & projects in the morning taught by Olin students & HS teachers • Life Mastery Skills in the afternoon taught by minority engineers

  15. SaturdaySTEM Academy • Middle School Program Partners—MSWREB Framingham State University, Raytheon, Olin College of Engineering, • Program runs for four Saturdays in Fall & Spring with 25 students/semester • One company field trip, one Engineering EXPO at Olin and two robotics events at FSU
