  3. Intro. – Director of Development Director of Development. This position includes co-ordination or both player and coach development activities. The priorities are to ensure we have an integrated player and coach development process and that we are supporting the success and enjoyment of all our members.

  4. Coach Dev. - Coaches Licenses MYSA (Mass Youth Soccer Association) offer progressional coaching licenses to all coaches of youth soccer, we highly recommends these courses and will pay for any coach who is willing to get accredited. • G course – Monday - Aug 29 – 6-10pm • F course – Sunday - Sep 18th 8-5pm Link to MYSA for upcoming courses outside of Marlborough: http://www.mayouthsoccer.org/coaching.aspx

  10. Coach Dev. - Evals We will be offering continuous improvement to al lour coaches via coaches evaluation and feedback this year.
